Physical Gold Asset => NFT => Token Minting Process
  1. Conversion of Physical Gold Asset to NFT
    Physical gold assets (e.g., 1 ounce of gold) are first converted into a digital asset, represented by a corresponding NFT (Non-Fungible Token). Each NFT represents a specific quantity of gold, enabling it to be traded and managed on the blockchain.
  2. Token Minting Process
    During the minting process, the real-time gold price is used as a reference. For instance, if the real-time price of 1 ounce of gold is $2,644.42, the NFT is converted into tokens accordingly. For example, 1 ounce of gold would be minted into 2,644.42 ATC tokens (1 ATC token = equivalent value of 1 unit of digital gold asset).
    • Minting Example:
      • 1 ounce of gold = $2,644.42
      Minting process: 2,644.42 ATC tokens = 1 ounce of gold NFT.
  3. Redemption Process
    When an investor wishes to redeem tokens for physical gold, the real-time gold price is again applied. If the current real-time price is 1 ounce of gold = $2,644.42, the investor can redeem 2,644.42 ATC tokens for 1 ounce of gold.
    • Redemption Example: 2,644.42 ATC tokens = 1 ounce of gold
